We are re-working/repairing a pair of Cypress Doors for the Utopia Theater on the University of Texas campus.  These are the first pictures taken of the damaged doors.  We will be able to bring these doors back to their former glory.  Working pictures are located below.

The Dean chose to have these doors stained instead of repainted.  "Wise decision".

The process begins.

First, it is always a good idea to photograph the project before we proceed to disassemble or repair any "Antique Restoration".

One of the lower rails and one of the mid rails were too far gone and had to be rebuilt.  Here are pictures of individual door parts, original and new.
